Any project coordinator works with four elements: expenditure, schedule, time and quality. A more ambitious objective is to optimize business processes and resource allocation. Look at your project and you will notice that it employes people, finance and machinery to produce end outcomes. To work with projects successfully one have to deal with a number of factors.
