Chemistry is a quite old science which describes different kinds of substances. The alchemists are considered to be the first chemists. They tried to find the elixir of life and tried to turn iron ore into gold. The main objective of the today's chemists is to scrutinize the processes which are happening on the atomic level and get known more about the reactions happen between different substances. It is also very important to determine the laws to have the chance to create the required matters from other ones. Chemistry, biology and physics are the studies that have a lot of joint purposes.

Inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry analytical chemistry, physical and biological chemistry are the chapters of general definition “Chemistry”.

As the scientists had the thoughts that the organic elements have the relations to the life organisms the organic chemistry was called this way. However, this was a misconception. Organic elements may be produced in ways that do not related to life or living objects. At the same time, many inorganic components are necessary to life, for example copper or iron.

The substances which include carbon and hydrogen are the first objects of experiments executed by organic chemistry. Thanks to it year by year the humanity get known more and more about it and this knowledge is quite helpful. Organic combinations are commonly utilized in a lot of goods, including plastics, foods, drugs, etc.

Analytical chemistry is a subdivision of chemistry that attempts to determine the laws of reactions that take place in combinations of organic and inorganic matters. The molecules and atoms of the substance are studied in details by this science. It researches the elements given, their combination and features. Analytical and physical chemistry are quite similar, because they research the similar processes but take some different information from them. As is aimed on experiment and hard facts, its finding are helpful for biomedical or environmental tracking.
