Reason 3: You will spend lots of money and time to teach your employee to utilize this soft. There is no greater negative motive for people than learning the software that will control them. A lot of people is not used to study these things. They do not want to learn because this time is not paid.

When you perform your human resource operations by yourself, you achieve more with the help of your charismatic personality. Commonly, de-humanization is a result of the automation. People have the feeling that they are just small parts of the structure. It might be cool for a traditional factory, but does not work for a today's competitive company which needs every bit of creativity it is able to press out of its workers.
Reason 5: You can't be unique utilizing it. You must have the competitive advantages using the unique soft that has better characteristics. The main thing is the human resources. Even if you utilize the modern soft, it won't help you to attract new experts to your company. You have to be various, if you want to be successful. Having the superb live stuff you can do without any programs.
Wonderfully, you can have a lot of such benefits simply using inexpensive tools you already own such as pen and paper, for example. Computers can not operate without people, so it is better to hire some people then to invest in software.
