Project tracking: what going on

Any project manager operates four elements: spending, schedule, time and quality. A more ambitious goal is to improve work procedures and resource distribution. Take your project and you will notice that it requires labour, money and equipment to deliver satisfactory results. There are a number of contributing factors that are very important for effective project management. You can look through a number of such factors below:

- Establishing goals and conducting analysis.
