Since the US Illegal Internet Gambling Act is broadcasting the news on investments and the Internet, a great number of people wonder what the actual difference between online gaming and internet commerce is.

Now, let us take two persons sitting in their bureaus both of them risk their money on Internet, while one of them is breaking the legislative norms, the other is not. One of them is a day trader, and with no respect to how you take this, this person is risking his funds for the risk to to raise his income. It seems to me that both these men are using the Internet for one reason. Nevertheless, the one that is gambling online is at the time taking part in a dishonest industry. Why illegal? Since Government of the US doesn't get a cent of profit from the the army of online gamblers. The Government only gets tax money from the day e-commerce-dealer.

Every day Americans lose several million dollars from trading securities, that are not situated in Wall Street offices, but from their houses. This kind of common men are not high-class stock brokers, and they do not hold any license - in spite of all this they do not have any legal blocks to risk their funds and get immense profits.

In truth, the one single factual difference between online trading and online gambling is the amount of money the US Government receives from the industries: Online trading = huge money; Online Gambling = not a single cent and lots of casino bonuses for gamblers. We often hear that the US Congress is working on the anti-online gambling ban for the same reason that the country is loose all the possible profits day in day out.
